At The Six Bells, we want your home to feel just right, which is why we offer returns on most unused items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that vintage finds and custom-made pieces are final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original condition.

• 3.
  Affix the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your box before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus a small restocking fee, within 7-10 business days.
